ABOUT US

North London Storm is UK's 1st professional pickleball franchise to join the Premier Pickleball League (PPL). The Storm debuted in the 2024/'25 Season and won the championship in its first season as a team.

Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and there is no better time to be a part of the game. The aim is to unite communities through the accessible sport and to help grow and elevate it in every way possible.

We’re heading to Tunbridge Wells this Sunday for two big matchups as Season 4 rolls on.

Weekend 1 didn’t fall our way, but there were plenty of positives, some incredibly tight matches, and a lot to build on.

WEEKEND 1 ✅
Two tough results, but plenty to build on. We battled until the final point, with several matches decided by just 2 points. On to Weekend 2. 🌪️

Weekend 1 is in the books!

Not the opening weekend we were hoping for, but there were plenty of positives to build on.

❌ @projectxpickleball : 1-5
❌ @dink_space : 2-4
.
The scorelines don’t tell the full story. We had multiple games decided by just 2 points, and on another day those could have easily swung our way. That’s the fine margin at this level.

A huge highlight was our women’s doubles, who picked up a fantastic win against Dinkspace, and a massive shoutout to @james_mathie for stepping in at the last minute and doing an incredible job filling in for our men’s squad. 👏
.
We’ll take the lessons, keep building, and come back stronger next weekend with two of our men’s players returning to the lineup.

Season 4 is a marathon, not a sprint. We’re only getting started.
